the DS90UB925Q-Q1 temperature is high at below test condition, is it normal? where we need change?
TEST CONDITIONS:1)hardware set in Repeater mode 2)no software, no register configuration 3) power ON, MCU send signal to DS90UB925.
R24=100Ω， R21=5.6KΩ，R20=1KΩ，V MODE_SEL=0.5V。Pin 56 IDX as Figure 2 , R1=5.6KΩ，R2=1KΩ，V IDX=0.5V.
R15=5.6KΩ，R16=1KΩ，V MODE_SEL=0.5V。Pin 6 IDX as Figure 2，R1=2.7KΩ，R2=1KΩ， V IDX=0.89V.
