If you are interfacing to an LVDS or CML receiver, it is important to determine whether the receiver is self-biased. It seems from your diagram that there is an internal termination to a CML receiver, so I recommend looking at Figure 13 in the app note. Also ensure since you are using AC coupling that the data you are sending through is DC-balanced.
