Dear TI-er.
The coupling capaciter is located TX by “PICMG COM express carrier design guide”.
The coupling capaciter is located the receiver by DS80PCI402's datasheet.
What is right ?
plz help me.

Hi,
With the addition of a repeater product like the DS80PCI402 extra capacitors will need to be added into the topology so all channel segments are AC coupled.
I have attached a quick drawing showing repeaters as red rectangles on the system board. The capacitor may be placed closer or farther from the DS80PCI402. The only recommendation about capacitor placement is to avoid placing the capacitors within 1 inch or 2.5cm of the device output. At this point in the channel the edges are still very fast and the non idealities of the capacitor footprint can lead to some local ringing. Placing the capacitor further away will allow these reflections some space to be attenuated.
Regards,
Lee
