DS90UB913A-Q1: Noise problem of the camera with DS90UB913A-Q1 in low temperature condition

I would like to confirm the characteristics in low temperature condition.

The customer made the camera unit and there was the noise in the picture image with -40
degree C condition.

The noise is like a flicker of around hundreds Hz.

In this case, are there any causes from DS90UB913A-Q1 characteristics?
