DS90UB913A-Q1: Power Over COAX (POC) Circuit Design

Part Number: DS90UB913A-Q1

I was refering Application Note "SNLA224 Sending Power Over Coax in DS90UB913A Designs" and on the page# 4 under the title "Designing the Power Feed Circuit with Real Components", it is mentioned that "keep the impedance from spiking too high, 1KΩ resistors can be placed in parallel with each inductor". I want to know how do you come with this 1KΩ  resistor value.

And also I've seen in some design, designers are insering a feerite bead ( 1.5KΩ @ 1MHZ) in series with the low pass circuit. Is this for EMI/EMC?
