TFP403: TFP403 based circuit not working

Hello TI support team,

We did a new board design with TFP403 chip connected to a HDMI connector instead of a DVI connector.

Right now the board is not receiving proper HDMI signals through TFP403 chip on the board.

 

Please find our design for the HDMI receiver attached. As already stated, we have used HDMI connector instead of a DVI connector.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

We have left the hot plug detect pin open, by looking into the reference design of TFP403 in which the HPD of DVI connector was left open.

Can you please review and let us know if there are issues in the attached schematic?

 

The other end of the nets are connected to FPGA device and when we are connecting the HDMI receiver connector to a HDMI source, we are able to view some junk data on RGB as well as HSYNC always ‘0’ and VSYNC always ‘1’.
