DS92LV2421: How to insert galvanic isolation in channel-Link II transmission line

Hello

My industrial customer is considering image transmission using channel - Link II.
The data rate the customer is thinking is about 1.8 Gbps.
The transmission distance is about 40 m or more.
Devices are DS92LV2421 and DS92LV2422.

We believe that DS15BA101 and DS15EA101 are also required as a cable extender that realizes transmission of 40 m or more.

The customer's challenge is the need to isolate the board and cable.
Can you tell me if there is a solution to isolate such a high speed data line?

Hi k-hashi,

As you have mentioned in your post, you will need to extend the distance to transmit data over 40m. The DS15BA101 and DS15EA101 that you listed above are only specified up to 1.5 Gbps. I would recommend a device with a higher data rate such as the DS25BR100.
