DS100DF410: Temperature Issues

Part Number: DS100DF410

Dear Sir,

We are using the DS100DF410 component in a system that has 1.25G/10.3125G multirate ports.
We are having issues with environment temperature changes when the component is at the 10.3125G data rate.
The product must meet ambient temperature from 0 to 55 °C.

We are using "Mode 3" (7.5.19 Setting the Adaptation / Lock Mode) configuration for DS100DF410 that is connected to SFP + and "Mode 1" for backplane links.

When environment temperature changes and gets close to zero celsius, the VEO and/or HEO of the DS100DF410, connected to SFP+, start getting worse and we notice data errors in our system and this
is unacceptable.

If a manual CTLE adaptation is performed, the VEO and/or HEO is improved. So, I tried to make a manual CTLE adaptation periodically, but sometimes this action causes bit errors.

Most part of times I have read CTLE boost setting (0x03) at the DS100DF410 connected to SFP+, the values were 0x00, regardless of the temperature of the CDR lock event.
And the DFE values (0x71 through 0x75) is always in 0x00.

What do you suggest?
