About LVDSGND, PLLGND and GND, is it possible to connect together?
Or, do these GND pins have to be separeted?

<Question2>
If we have some unuse output pin(DXX), is it possible to float(open)?

Yes, it is possible to connect these GNDs together.

<Question2>
Yes, it is possible to leave unused output pins open.
