DS90UB925Q-Q1: DS90UB925QSEVB could not installed NSC USB Nano driver

please refer to ALP's help, you need secure to install the correct USB's driver which is from Cpress website to match your computers' OS.

If NOT, you can try to use USB2ANY box (USB->I2C) to visit UB925's internal registers.

The communication chip of DS90UB925QSEVB is AT90USB1287,not a Cpress's device.

The customer installation of the USB driver followed by these steps, but it also could't work. He use ALPF_setup_v_1_56_0010 software.

Do you have any comments to solve this issue?

for your board, AT90USB1287 is from Microchip Technology. could you please help check with Microchip's network whether it has updated driver for AT90USB1287? We can't resolve the driver issue.
If you still can't resolve this issue after checking with Microchip, you can use one candidate USB2ANY box from TI to control UB925's EVM.

The customer have not USB2ANY box. And TI does not sell USB2ANY's by itself. They are typically part of EVB kits used to program the TI device on the evaluation board. Do you have other method to solve this problem?
