hi dear supporting team,
customer is setting DS90UB964 with P22 of SNLU177 , the only way is 0x6D set to STP mode, not COAX mod, because they are using STP cable. according to the userguide, reading 0x5B register will get remote serializerID, while they did not get it. i.e. it means the remote serializer ID adapt failure.
could they set the reg totally follow the user guide? if no, is there other regs that need be set? tks a lot!
