LMH1982: Unable to realize synchronous genlock function using LMH1982

hello,
  we are using LMH1982 to generate video clock generator with genlock， but we failed to make the
video genlock and synchronization to work.
  please refer to below information.
  we get the ANALOG_REF_IN signal from 1080P50 video as LMH1981 input.
  the sync signals H/V from LMH1981 flowing into LMH1982 meet the requirement. the frequencies respectively are 56.25KHz and 50Hz.
  the  HD_clk signal from LMH1982 can also output required frequency points but the question is it can't Lock and synchronize.
  the register configuraion shows as follows, would your give comments on this issue?
