DS90CF386: Absolute Maximum Ratings for CMOS/TTL Input Voltage

Hi support member,

The datasheet don't show Absolute Maximum Ratings for CMOS/TTL Input Voltage which is PWR DWN pin.

That is expected "-0.5V to (VCC + 0.3V)" from serializer DS90C385's datasheet.

Is this correct?

Hi Inoue-san,

Sorry for the delay in response. You are correct that the Absolute Maximum Rating for PWR_DWN is -0.5V to (Vcc + 0.3V).
