Can you provide IBIS-AMS for SN65MLVD204B?
Currently, I use normal IBIS.
I guess that IBIS-AMS can evaluate skew and simulated stub for high speed simulation.
●topology for M-LVDS IBIS simulation
(1)termination ：100Ω
(2)impedance ：100Ω (all line length 420mm)
(3)number of node ：19 node
(4)simulated stub between backplane and I/O board
●Simulation result
①topology above
→(4)simulated stub is available or not, reflection affects for threshold of M-LVDS type2(50mV～150mV)
②topology above with dumping resister(50Ω)
→(4) simulated stub isn't available and adding series register to A／B of M-LVDS driver.
This topology improve the reflection, but it has distortion of the waveform around threshold.
Evaluation of Skew is difficult.
