Please Provide the DS15MB200 Pre-emphasis gain level @ 1GHz(2 Gbps) .

How much max length lossy channel will be get the good eye using DS15MB200.

Please provide the eye data fro the 2Gbps 40 inch Trace .

Hi Prasath,

The output waveform after 40" will depend on the PCB material and trace geometry. The DS15MB200 pre-emphasis is 6-8 dB of gain, so if the attenuation is in this range the eye will be open. I have attached a short performance report on the SCAN15MB200 which uses the same pre-emphasis design.
