DS90UB921-Q1: Difference during 921 & 925

Part Number: DS90UB921-Q1

Hi,

My customer is considering to use DS90UB921-Q1 and have used DS90UB925-Q1.

They would like to know the difference external components except for different(15, 16)pin during 921 & 925.

I think that the difference is only resistance value of MODE_SEL.

Is it correct?

Please refer to the DS90UB921 and DS90UB925 device datasheets to understand the differences.
As far as the pinout differences go, you're correct it is pin 15 and 16.

As a comparison result(and attached), I concluded that C1, C2, R1-4 are different.

Kuramochi-san,
There are pinout differences and component differences between the devices.
In addition to what you pointed out in your file, there can also be other differences such as C11, C12.
It is best to refer your customer to the respective product datasheets for comprehensive review so nothing gets missed.
