Hi,

On the customer's board the symptom not outputting signal occurs sometimes(once a 20~30 times) as attached.

DS90UR903-Q1.xlsx

Power supply and PCLK is provided.

Has anyone ever seen this symptom?

Hello,
This is not expected behavior. Are the power supplies brought up properly and within the specified values? Make sure any power up sequencing and PDB requirements in the datasheet are followed.
What is the PCLK frequency? Make sure the supply rails are without much ripple and the PLCK source is clean.
Also ensure the PDB and reset signals to the part are not active by mistake. Does issuing a PDB reset or soft reset bring it back out of this state?

Do you have any reference if PCLK is clean or not?

Hi,
You can measure the jitter spec. of PCLK. As one reference, you can check the jitter spec. of PCLK from the GPU.
