Can DS90UB960-Q1 receive different type camera?

"Different type camera" means 1M/30fps camera and 2M/60fps for instance.

Please let me know If there is specific condition to receive them.

Hello,

Yes, this is possible with Hub forwarding set to round robin mode. Please reference the 954 datasheet for similar functional description which applies for 2 ports (960 is 4 ports).

Could you let me know how this device does synchronize each data and PCLK?

HEllo,
the data path itself does not synchronize in round robin mode, it sends out data as available. Typically synchronization is accomplished with frame synch signal sent to the image sensor.
