DS90LV804: Thermal analysis (max junction temp)

Hello,

my customer is planning to use DS90LV804 and is doing thermal analysis for this device. Following question arise during test phase:

- on Page 2 of the DS the max junction temperature is stated with 150degC. It is allowed to reach this temperature or could the device already show malfunction with lower temperature?

- at "recommended Operating conditions" max operating temperature is listed with 85degC. We would like to know the max. junction temp?
