Hi,

can you confirm TPL0202-10 EEPROM read cycles is really as low as 1000 at 85C?
TPL0102 as comparison specifies an endurance of 100,000.

    I've moved this post to the I2C forum. While this isn't strictly an I2C device, it's functionally similar to the TPL0102 which is I2C. I think many of the TPL devices have been supported through this forum. TPL devices aren't supported through the data converter forum.

    Looking at the datasheet, the 1000 read cycle endurance applies to a temperature of 105°C and not 85°C. There may be a certain amount of derating that would occur from that 20°C difference, however, I wouldn't be able to help with this device.

    Yes, this 1000 cycle at 105C is correct.

    At 85C you will see an improvement, but we do not have specific data for this.
