TCA5405: Initial Q* state

Part Number: TCA5405

I scanned the datasheet multiple times and couldn't find a mention of this. What is the initial state of Q* pins, right after powering up the tca5405?

Is it high, low, float?

    I did a quick search in E2E typing in "TCA5405 default state" and found the following.
