PCF8575: PCF8575 maximu junction tempature?

PCF8575 datasheet thermal information: junction to ambient thermal resistance,


our clinet was thermal issue, could help provide Tj maximum value?

    Hey Lawrence,

    Unfortunately the PCF8575 is an old device which I couldn't find in our database and simulated thermal analysis does not provide us with the max junction temperature.

    However I noticed there is the PCF8574 which seems to be similar but has less GPIOs, from this I was able to compare the silicon process and die #'s which seem to be similar to each other. The PCF8574 has a maximum junction temperature of 150 C which is likely to be the same for the PCF8575.
