Can you please provide the following information for the SN65LBC184D part?

1. Junction Temperature Max (Tj Max)

2. Thermal Resistance Junction to Ambient (Theta JA)

     Dibin,

    I'm still working on the max juntion temperature and hope to get the info tomorrow.

    Meanwhile below are the theta and psi values I got from our thermal model specialist.

    Hi Dibin,

    just got the final information from our designers: Their advise is to keep the maximum junction temperature UNDER 135 oC.
