SN65HVD76: High-impedance state output current of driver when Vcc = 0V

Part Number: SN65HVD76

Hello support team,

I have a question about SN65HVD76.

[Question]
How much "High-impedance state output current" of driver when Vcc = 0 V?

Because I want to know whether the output of the driver becomes high impedance when Vcc = 0 V.

Best regards,
M. Tachibana

  • Hello Tachibana-san,

Yes, the driver output will be high impedance when VCC is 0 V. For the exact leakage current for different bus voltages, please refer to the "bus input current" specification in the datasheet. Please let me know if this is not clear or if you have any further questions.

    Hello Max-san,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I confirmed the spec "Bus input current (disabled driver)" in datasheet and understood.
    Your advice is very helpful.

    Best regards,
    M. Tachibana
