    Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 63.0 
    Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 31.3 
    Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 30.9  
    Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 8.6

    Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 30.6

    Thank you for teaching me.

    By the way, the DERATING FACTOR of the DW package described in the DISSIPATION RATING TABLE in the datasheet of SN75160B and SN75161B is 9.0 mW/°C. So, I think that Theta ja is 1/(9.0 mW/°C) = 111.1 °C/W.
    The Theta ja (High K) you taught is 63.0 °C/W. Is the measurement condition different?

    And is Theta jc also the value measured on the High K board?

    Is 111.1 °C/W of Theta Ja calculated from derating factor estimated using Low-K board?
    So I think discrepancy of Theta Ja occurs.
    Is my understanding correct.

    The derating factor in the old data sheet used different method. The data I provided in accordance with the latest JEDEC standard.
