Can you provide Spice or IBIS models for the following components? AM26LS31CD AM26C31CD AM26LV32CD I am trying to select source series compensation resistors for the '31 devices. I need to know the output impedance (Roh and Rol) at Voh = 4.3V and Vol = 0V. Also, does TI manufacture a low-voltage CMOS version of the RS-422 differential line receiver? Or is the bi-CMOS 26LV32 the only one?

Thanks

    Hello David,

There is only a IBIS model for the AM26LV31E. Here is the link to all the IBIS models. http://focus.ti.com/packaged_lits/ibis_files/ti_ibis_models.zip

The AM26LS31 has data sheet charts that show the ROH is 12 ohms and ROL is 4.5 ohms.

The AM26C31 has neither charts nor IBIS model. I can get data next week if that will help.

The 26LV31(E) are the only 3.3V versions

    Ron,

Thanks for the update.  Yes the data on the AM26C31 would be useful, can you please collect it and post the values?  Thanks.

    Dave
