MAX3232 has ESD protection exceeds +/-15kV.

Could you please let me know pins which has +/-15kV ESD protection?

Do RIN/ROUT/DIN/DOUT pins have +/-15kV ESD?

Ryuji,

Only RS232 port pins have 15kV HBM. Other pins are 2kV HBM protection.

Ryuji-san,

RIN and DOUT are RS232 pins with 15kV

ROUT and DIN are Logic pins with 2kV
