Hi David,
Since the internal oscillator remains on and the outputs are just placed in a high impedance state, the current draw remains almost identical to when the EN signal is pulled high.
I just went into the lab to verify this, and the device I tested drew 12.65mA of current with the EN pin tied high (5.0 volts), and 12.62mA with the EN pin tied to GND2.
