DS16F95QML PSpice Part/Template?

Hi,

I need to run some OrCAD PSpice simulations to test a CAN bus design. We are using the DS16F95QML (EIA-485/EIA-422A Differential Bus Transceivers), but I cannot find this part in the PSpice libraries. I have found it in the general libraries but not in the PSpice lirary therfore, no PSpice template exists for the part and the simulations will not run.

Does anyone know if a PSpice part exists for this transciever and if so where or how can i get it?

    Hi Matt,

    I do not believe PSpice model exist for DS16F95QML.

    Thanks for the reply TK Chin.

    I was worried that might be the case, do you have any ideas as to what I can do as a workaround?

    Do you know what is the the most similar device that has a PSpice model? bearing in mind I need to test power consumption, so ideally the same output voltage level and the transciever sensitivity needs to be 200mV.

    Any further help greatly appreiated.
