Inverter by using six ISO5500 to drive IGBT

I design an inverter by using six ISO5500 to drive IGBT.

And I use a push-pull converter, which composed by SN6501 and TL431, to supply ISO5500 +15V (Vcc2, Vc) and -15V (Vee-l, Vee-p).

But, if I supply +5V to push-pull converter and ISO5500 together, the Vout of ISO5500 doesn't work.

The other way around, if I supply +5V to push-pull first and supply same source to ISO5500 later, the ISO5500 can work normal.

What problem does this inverter have? And how to solve this problem?

Hi, To better understand can you please share the rough schematic of the system that you are developing.

Hi Sarangan,

We follow the application circuit of the datasheet to accomplish this inverter.

SN6501 application circuit like Figure 48 of the SN6501 datasheet as below:

TL431 application circuit like Figure 17 of the TL431 datasheet as below:

ISO5500 application circuit like Figure 62 of the ISO5500 datasheet as below:

Every IGBT driver need one SN6501, two TL431 and one ISO5500.

Push-pull is used to supply ISO5500 +15V and -15V.

Hi,
Thanks for your response. Please let's know, if you see FAULT line going low, in case when Vout of ISO5500 does not work.
