ISO7640, ISO7140 negative voltage connect to GND

Hello,

Can we connect the GND of ISO7640 and ISO7140 to negative voltage ?

For example, can we use these device at the following supply conditions?

Vcc1=3.3V, GND1=0V
Vcc2=2.5V, GND2= - 2.5V
