ADuM3471 using COILCRAFT JA4631-BL or HALO TGSAD-V6LF transformer

Hi,

I'm have a design using ADuM3471 and the suggested COILCRAFT JA4631-BL transformer. I have seen in the related datasheet tha the HALO TGSAD-V6LF transformer is compatible.

Our prototyp works fine with the Coilcraft transformer, the generated output voltage is 11.9V.

If I change the Coilcraft to the HALO transformer without changig other component anything the output voltage is only 9.5V.

What is wrong in the datasheet or in my design?
