SN65176BDR have supply voltage range is up-to 7 V, and recommended voltage is 4.75 V to 5.25 V as per datasheet.
I have not regulated 5 V output in my smps, it varies from 4.75 V to 5.9 V.
Can I use SN65176 at 5.9 V input in continue operation for a year or more ?

Here are the device power curves for no load, 100 ohms load, and 52 ohm load.
For 5.9V with 52 ohms load and 97C/W thermal, the expected temperature rise is 40C.
Add that to the 50C ambient gives 90C which is an acceptable die temperature.
