Our customer is interested in TCAN1042-Q1 series.
They found that HBMI spec wrote in a datasheet and an application report are difference.
Please let me know which is true.
Datasheet "SLLSES9A –FEBRUARY 2016–REVISED MAY 2016" wrote;
Human Body Model (HBM) ESD stress voltage : +-16kV
Application note "SLOA101B–August 2002–Revised May 2016" wrote;
TCAN1042(H)(G)(V)-Q1 HBM: +-10kV
