SN65HVD251 - Output R condtion in case of Rs=Low and D=High

Hi all

Would you mind if we ask SN65HVD251?

 In case of Rs=Low and D=High, is  the Output R High or Hiz?(We think it will be High level)
(We could find about OUTPUTS CANH and CANL on the datasheet P19, however we could not find it.)
