Hello Ishiyama-san,

When the month is expressed with a single digit, the characters A, B, and C are used to represent the last three months of the year (October, November, and December respectively).

Ishiyama-san,

I just noticed one thing I need to correct. While the S character does represent the assembly site, it is not always a direct abbreviation; instead, there are different letters assigned for different sites. This is because there are sometimes multiple sites that begin with the same letter. In this case, the "M" used on the HVD230 marking actually represents Mexico, not Malaysia. Sorry to not point this out sooner.
