My customer need a CAN Transceivers to support 5~10Kbps Bit Rate,

could you please help advise if TI has a suitable CAN Transceivers to support 5~10Kbps Bit Rate?

Hi Sean,

The slowest rate that the TCAN332 can go is 9.2 kbps. This is because of the TX/RX dominant time out. You can find the explanation on page 8 of the datasheet. I've pasted it below as well.

On a further note, the SN65HVD23X line does not have a dominant time-out function that will hinder the minimum bit rate. You should be able to use this part at 5 kbps.

If you need a 5 V part the SN65HVD251 will also work.
