DS3695A: Buzzing caused by the DS3695AMX

I have a customer who is stating that he is receiving a line buzz or feedback and believe this device is the source. He would like to know if there are any previous know issues or information we can provide to assist him in troubleshooting this device to locate the source of this issue.

    Do you mean an actual audible "buzz" sound, or is this an electrical issue? How did the customer narrow down the transceiver device as the source of the problem? Are there any other observable issues present, or just the buzz? What operating conditions make the problem show up (e.g., does the driver need to be enabled, does it need to be sending data, etc.)?
