Dear Sirs,
My customer asked us about Standby Mode and Undervoltage condition of TCAN1042-Q1.
In the standby mode (STB = H), the Driven Bus State of "Table 5. Driver Function Table" on the data sheet page 23 is described as "Recessive".
In addition, there are the following description on page 21.
When the bus line is biased to GND, the Driven bus state is "Recessive".
Is this correct?
If this is the case, is there any effect on the Can device (and devices on the same bus) of the other party connected in this state?
I have one more question.
About Table 3 (Data Sheet page 18)
Whichever state the BUS will not interfere with the communication of other devices?
