    I am an applications engineer for high power gate drivers.

    The UCC5350MCD has a typical propagation delay of 65-ns and a maximum of 100-ns.

    Which application are you using the isolated single channel gate driver that requires 50-ns typ. propagation delay?

    We currently do not have plans for a new UCC5350MCD with lower prop. delay.

    Thank you for your support for my customer.

    I's 1kW DCAC for industrial mkt.  4pcs of SiCFET use. High-side x2 Lo-side x2.

    Bus voltage is 800V so UCC2x52xx  cannot meet Japanese PSE raw rule even if two pin rejected.

    Primary to Secondary isolation distance is 7.6mm. so UCC53xx cannot meet.

    ISO54xx is higher price than other maker.

    Another maker have 8 pin but 8mm pri-sec. distance  isolated gate driver.

    And show the data of  propagation delay matching for each other. This is point.

    My customer very afraid of shoot-through.

    Do you have good solution?

    TI can make SOIC(DW) 10 package ?

    If not , TI will  lost many time.

    I think that all Jap. maker evaluate SiC FET from now,  use BM60015FV-LB 

    Tr, Tf are not so good.  but it is acceptable.
