NS16C2552: Can it be used without software change?

Hi,

I tested the operation by replacing XR16L2552IJTR-F currently used by users with NS16C2552TVA.
I use the same board, the same software.

When NS16C2552TVA is mounted, communication is performed once after power-on, but communication stops thereafter.
but,
XR16L2552IJTR-F When mounted, it can communicate stably.

It was previously answered that there is no need to change registers or software.
Are there other possible problems?

    That's interesting, and I'm not sure what could be going wrong. Do you have any idea what is happening that would cause the communication to stop? Are there any errors reported that might help give a better understanding what may not be working properly?
