Because I want to know whether the output of the driver becomes high impedance when Vcc = 0 V.

Yes, the driver output will be high impedance when VCC is 0 V. For the exact leakage current for different bus voltages, please refer to the "bus input current" specification in the datasheet. Please let me know if this is not clear or if you have any further questions.
