TSB43AB23: Windows 8 problem

Hello.

We used TSB43AB23 for Windows 8 PC system got some problem. In Windows 8 device manager can not find IEEE 1994 device. But Windows 10 and Windows 7 is OK.

In Windows 8 had 1394bus.sys and ohci1394.sys files. Please kindly provide your suggestions let us solve this problem. Thanks~

Sorry for the late reply. Can you please give more detail about your system? Are the Win10 and Win7 on the same system hardware used for Win8?

Hello,

It seems Windows 8 has issues in general. One suggestion is to try 3rd party OHCI driver (e. g. from Unibrain).

This error seems to be related to the driver installation. Please seek support from the driver developer.

Unfortunately, I don't have any specific recommendation. You can try any other driver you can find and see if that helps.
