    Hi Lenna,

    The datasheet characterizes this device at 5Mbps over 100 feet of CAT5 cable with 120-Ohm termination at both ends. The maximum length that can be used is limited by the jitter at the receiver which depends on the data rate being transmitted and the type of cable.

    What type of cable are you planning to use and what data rate do you plan to drive?
