Hi There, We found the negative voltage at UCC21520 driver output use in DC-DC driver applications.

Does IC output can withstand negative voltage around 2 V and withing 200 nS period ? I measured the signal with full bandwidth.

If there is no risk for applications , where is negative voltage come from ?

Welcome to e2e, and thanks for your interest in our devices.

Yes, the HO and LO pins are rated to withstand -2V for 200 ns. This is needed to safely handle negative voltage spikes generated by parasitic inductance in the layout combined with high currents being switched at high frequencies.
