Need switch - bidirectional, low Rdson, high channel count 1:1 SPST

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74CBT34X245, SN74CBT3125, TS12A44513, TS3A4751

Hi Team,

Can you please recommend a switch that is bidirectional (not buffered), low Rdson (<10 Ohms), and as high of channel count as possible SPST 1:1.

Ideally, I would want each channel to be controlled independently, meaning an OE for every switch. But I realize this may be the case only up to a certain number of channels. Can you please provide the device with the most number of channels that can be autonomously controlled and the next best case for higher channel counts.

Thank you,

Jared

  • 32-bit devices (SN74CBT34X245/SN74CBT32245/SN74CB3Q32245/SN74CBTK32245) have OEs for four 8-bit groups. Smaller devices (24…8 bits) have no more than two groups.

To get OEs for all channels, you need to go down to 4 bits: SN74CBT3125, TS12A44513/4/5, or TS3A4751.
