Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74HC14

Hello all,

we found a damaged device on a controller PCB. Because there are external inputs to this device, I guess that this is something for interfacing.
I found nothing with the label 26A83NK HC14 but the logo is TI.
That's why I hope someone can help me to identify this device on the picture below.

    Hi Joerg ,

    This is a schmitt trigger device SN74HC14 , which according to the datasheet would have part marking of HC14 in it .
    The other numbers refer to internal TI lot trace and manufacturing details for debugging / failure analysis.
    Is there any issue with the device ? could you replace this with another good one to see the issue fixes ?
    Any other schematic / scope shots associated with this ?
