I'm currently evolved on a project that requires transmitting digital audio trough a long cable to a remote speaker. The cable is limited to two conductors so digital data and power must share the same conductors.
My solution is to use transformers on both ends this way I could power the system with 48V and obtain the 3W required for the speaker, the problem is that I'm unable to find any driver ic for the transformers.
