SN75LP1185: Need Extended temperature part

Hi, 

We are looking for a device similar to MAX3185EAP+ which has output voltage range of +/- 12V.

 In our portfolio we have only SN75LP1185 which can handle 230 kbps and output voltage range of +/- 12V, but the problem is its temperature range is only 0 - 70C. Do we have a part with higher temperature range?

    Hello Praveen,

    I have found several parts that fit your criterion. I will attach a list of 7 parts, so you can further narrow down your options if you have more constraints. I would recommend the TRS3243 or the SN65C3243, as their output voltages are rated to +/- 13.2 V. All the temperatures for the parts found had a max temp of 85 C.
