TRS3232E: Cross Reference tool says part is not pin-to-pin, but comparing the datasheet suggests otherwise(Sanity Check)

I'm trying to compare two parts in a schematic, the TRS3232E and ADM3202. 

According to the Cross Reference tool, the TRS3232E is functionally the same, but is not pinout compatible. So to double check the Cross Reference tool, I started comparing the ADM3202 and TRS3232E datasheets and I can't find where these two parts are not compatible. 

For some insight on operating conditions, Vcc = 3.3V and it's intended that the capacitor values be 0.1 uF.

1.) Is there a way to check correctness of Cross Reference Tool?

2.) If the TRS3232E and ADM3202 are not pin-to-pin compatible, what sections of the data sheets should I compare?
